Governance and Oversight
The Board of Directors of Abtin Consulting Group is responsible for approving and monitoring the company’s tax policy.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Internal Audit Director are responsible for implementing this policy and providing annual reports to the Board.
Tax Risk Management
Tax risks are continuously assessed. Any tax-related decision must be evaluated and documented based on legal compliance, commercial impact, and potential reputational risk to the organization.
Engagement with Tax Authorities
Abtin Consulting Group maintains its relationship with tax authorities on the basis of transparency, mutual respect, and constructive cooperation.
